This form should be completed to request enrollment in an online course through one of Benedict's consortial agreements. Consortium courses (CC) are taught by partner institutions but are included on the Benedict transcript as Benedict courses.
Students must be pre-approved to enroll in consortium courses; in addition, the course must be reviewed and approved by Academic Affairs.
Unless waived by Academic Affairs, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be enrolled full time (at least 12 credit hours in Fall or Spring; 6 hours in Summer; 3 hours in Winter) at Benedict College during the academic term in which they are seeking to take a CC course. CC courses will be included in determination of full-time status;
- Be in good academic standing. Students who are on academic probation are NOT eligible to enroll in CC courses.
- Be at the sophomore level (at least 30 semester credit hours earned) at the time of enrollment in a CC course.
- Be financially cleared at Benedict College in the academic term in which the student seeks to enroll in a CC course.
