Students are automatically enrolled in the catalogue concurrent with their first semester of enrollment. However, if changes are made in a program of study, you may select a new catalogue year that is more beneficial to you.  Please be advised that you may only adopt catalog years that are in your entry semester or later; you may not select a program of study from a period before your entry date.

Please indicate the new catalog year that you wish to adopt:

1. I understand that changes to my academic program will necessitate changes in course requirements that may affect my prospective graduation date.
2. I understand that I remain responsible for all currently-enrolled courses and that grades for these courses continue to impact my cumulative GPA and attempted hours, even if they no longer apply to my new major.
3. I understand that I am responsible for all academic requirements outlined in the newly-adopted catalogue year, including revised General Education requirements, revised Major Course lists, and determination of acceptable grades.
