  1. I understand that I am solely responsible for completing the admissions, registration, and payment processes of the transfer institution.  Upon completion of the course, I am responsible for submitting an official transcript from the transfer institution to Benedict's Registrar's Office.  
  2. I understand that I must be in good financial standing with Benedict College in order to be approved to enroll as a transient student elsewhere.
  3. I understand that I must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 in order for my request to be approved.
  4. I understand that I may not repeat a course at another institution to remove a grade of D or F earned in the Benedict equivalent.
  5. I understand that I must earn a grade of C or better in order for course credits to be transferred back to Benedict College. 
  6. I understand that upon receipt of an official transcript demonstrating an acceptable grade, credit hours will be applied to my Benedict transcript; however, the transferred course will not impact my Benedict GPA.
  7. I understand that exceptions to this policy may only be approved by the School Dean and Vice President for Academic Affairs, or the President.
